Liv Garland began singing, acting, and dancing at the age of 7. Born in Florida, she started her career with the role of Tootie in Meet Me in St. Louis at her local community theater. Later moving to Pennsylvania, she continued pursuing theater and explored the film industry as well. She has begun producing her own music and hopes to broaden her performance experience.
